it's so unsatisfying to have a MC established as such a badass just to have him mentally regress to a child for 1/3 of the story, to then accept the king under duress at the end.

i really like how the priest is written. he was at the top of the church, 2nd most influencial power in the kingdom, technically he has no reason to start a coup. like the queen and brother were already in a precarious position so they either had to back down and loose their status or fight.
his character is the most interesting to me cause it really shows how a simple ''i should share my noble belief'' can snowball into full out war.
using demonic power as a tool to archieve that made him loose focus and now he's just obsessing over the FL and shifting his moral compas.
Uk what i think same, as we have powerful couple, they r both so powerful individually that i cant explain how well the characters were written, i hate priest obviously, but yes as there is strong main leads it feel so good to have strong antagonist, he is freaking pervert, i didn't think he will stoop so low as he is priest, his obsession didn't result well lol
i love this FL so much!! she's strong and determined but still can't seem to totally let go of her trauma (wich is totally normal)
i love how she sometimes get troubled by encounters that send her back but is strong enough to stay collected
honestly idc about the ML lol i would've enjoyed it even if it was just about her and her new friends, but it's nice to see her find love again i guess
romantic feelings aside, MC said ML was more of a big brother to him than his own family but ML started distancing himself at some point so i totally get him being a little resentful about that.
especially after MC's siblings died.. couldn't ML at least make an effort to sometimes call him, or to explain why he had to go low contact. it's honestly not that hard to show someone you still care about them.
one can't endure endless disppointments without putting walls up. i think MC has been acting really mature since the begining of the story, reminding himself that ML has a demanding job and all. i like seing him express his pain a little bit

He was involved, and he was blindly following her lead without questioning her intentions, he knew it was for bad things but since he loves her it was out of the question to go against her (that's what he told her according to the novel) but let's see how they will show it here.
