wait wait wait!!!!! so the timeline(1) where ines and oscar were married wasn't actually their first life?? oscar called ines ''your wife'' while talking to carcel, meaning they where actually married in the previous timeline(0), and nobody but oscar remembers. god grants oblivion to the souls that were unfairly taken from their destiny but lets those who committed suicide keep their memories... it means true destiny is for ines and carcel to be together!!! aaaah fated lovers T^T
so in their first life(0) they were together and somehow died unfairly. then oscar killed himself and decided to take revenge on carcel by marrying ines on the next timeline(1), but he was so resentful she chose carcel before that he mistreated her so bad she killed herself and started the next timeline(2).
carcel never had memories so he didn't kill himself at any point, but what about oscar.... he's too suspicious in the current timeline(3). he was so resentful and jealous in the timeline(1) ines and him were married, i can't believe he let go of her in this life(3). i think he commited suicide angain, actually remembers and choose another strategy to have her this time.
don't know why carcel's benn having flash of memories but i'm glad he knows what oscar did. can't wait for the confrontation
i think it's great he remembers cause ines will have the final confirmation she isn't crazy and alone in this timeloop. but idk if she'd want carcel to know of her dark and traumatizing past...
Ines never chose carcel in their second life. She was betrothed to oscar and only ever liked him. But it was oscar's oen inferiority complex. He always suspected ines and carcel, maybe because he saw carcel's live for ines. And maybe ines and carcel's love was that great in the first timeline that he can't shake off the suspicion that they wouldn't fall in love again. But ines was always faithful to oscar. It was that dirty bastard's disgusting mentality.
Also, while the punishment for killing yourself was to remember their past memories, they also have a choice. God grants those who died without following their planned death a wish. So the 2nd timeline oscar wished to have his memories intact, the same with the 3rd timeline. Now he's in his fourth time. Can you imagine how obsessed he is with ines to want to keep all tge memories from his past 3 lives? Even the way he died..
his inferiority complex caused all of this misery.. fuck this guy
but i wrote ''she chose carcel before'' referencing the life(0) carcel and ines were married, not the one(1) where she got woth oscar. it's especially sad how he treated her because she was so devoted to him but he couldn't see that as he was still jealous of her marrying carcel in the previous timeline(0).
i thought the ''granting a whish'' was only for those who died without following their planned death because they were unfairly killed, and not for the ones who comitted suicide. i thought emilio could make a wish because he was unfairly killed. ines never seemed to have been granted a wish, so i thought those who commited suicide were not given a choice and just repeated their lifes with memories intact.
so oscar would've either killed himself and kept his memories, or died unfairly and wished to remember. but yeah it's scary his obsession had 4 lives to grow...
his ''smell'' being drawn as some kind of fog, him being scared of having his neck bitten, him getting kinda wet???? these are giving omegaverse TT the author would just be playing with the usual codes but.. is he?? an omega? tbh i thought he was some kind of incubus at first with him appearing in MC's dreams after only one meeting... maybe i'm just too deep into the BL tropes lmao
they've been building up the main antagonist as some big bad guy supposedly extra smart but... compared to MC he's meh.
i mean MC had to die and come back to see through his plans.. but still, MC was always a strategist, how could that guy act surprised he retaliated. he was so sure MC would stay loyal to him that he didn't kill him after betraying him. too arrogant to think that the man he framed and exiled wouldn't turn against him.
i bet her apology will be putting the fault on kael and trying to humiliate hestia at the same time. like a ''i'm sorry you fell in love with me and choose the first random woman who came your way when you couldn't have me''.
honestly idc that she wasn't educated before her mariage, she had 2 years to learn how to act and never gave a shit. if she wasn't so greedy for social-recognition, she would've been fine learning alongside helios and raising her social-influence but instead she choose to do some sneaky business on her own. she complains no one was backing her up when she had powerfull allies but was just too pridefull to accept she was ignorant.
''googoogaga but i did all of this because everyone said i wasn't qualified'' but you weren't qualified sweety. instead of accepting it as the truth she took as an insult to her ego and ignored all advices.. she's so pridefull, and for what. she wanted to get rid of her ''commoner'' status so bad when she was already the saint and the crown-princess. loved but the prince and the king, the people and the temple but couldn't handle the noble's critics. just like she still wants kael to love her, she can't handle not being everyone's favorite person.
her been like ''maybe i'm seen things from a HIGHER perspective'' is making it clear she thinks she's above it all. it's not higher, it's just different...
also her superiority complex is making her so insensitive... the fact that she can ''save the day'' everytime makes it impossible for her to face the consequences of her actions.
honestly didn't think she would've become this twisted but maybe it's just the direct result of not being able to save jaeil and nobody believing her, forcing her to keep the secret and acting alone.

is Yeon Heyop really Jintae ?? are the two personnalities co-existing in his head, with Yeon Heyop being in control 80% of the time and Jintae surfacing to fuck with MC? this character is so confusing.
I think hyeop is imitatting jintae ☹ cuz there was a chapter that showed hyeop was also one of them that was part of the sacrifices in their past life
