the way he keeps infantilizing her ARGH. no she's not having a childish tantrum, she's not crazy and she's not doing this just to get back at you, asshole. she's a grown woman finally choosing herself instead of self-sacrificing for you. he's so self-absorbed he cannot think of her actions as anything other than a personnal provocation.

madededede June 1, 2025 10:36 am

why is this fan meeting composed of 90% adults? i thought the people coming would've been parents accompanying their children who are fans of MC, but the fanclubs are all adults?? i mean it's great MC has support but do real people really be simping like this over child actors??

    hongrawr June 1, 2025 11:18 am

simping? most child actor's fans are adult because they think hes cute, and want to support him more. its like adoring and supporting their cute child...

    madededede June 1, 2025 1:05 pm

yeah sure i get that! if you meet a child-actor you'd be like ''he's so cute and talented!'' and probably feel some kind of adoration and attachement. but to go to the point of being like that fan who's like ''my heart is beating so hard'' before the fan-meeting... i get you can be happy meeting an actor but i don't really understand this kind of excitement. even less for a child actor.
idk, i just feel like some of his fan are kinda intense and makes me think of idol fans who often get overwhelmed and excited when meeting them, and i don't see how that could happen for a child-actor. but maybe i just don't get fan culture

There's also considering that the most fans being adults means these are the fans who had disposable income to see his works.
Fans irl for younger stars often talk about themselves as some type of "aunt/uncle" watching over them. Typically fans meetings and livestreams are ways to make the fans feel closer to the star. Despite the fact its an illusion and fans shouldn't be so obsessed with a star, especially when they are thinking of themselves as a special "aunt/uncle/sugar parent" for the young star.
However for the, "my heart is beating so hard" I have an interpretation of it being towards nervousness to see a popular movie star rather than its beating hard in love. However going to see popular things is usually something to excite over which can also be heart racing.
Cause in the end the mc is on a pedestal and his goal is to have others recognize him as an amazing globally famous actor. This is something he plans for and wants to happen and building a fandom is nessessary for popularity.

    so real

    LeenAnanz June 1, 2025 3:48 pm

This reminds me of all the grown ass women simping over Justin Bieber back when he was a MINOR
And even asking him inappropriate questions in interviews
    Gross

That's true tho it's still parasocial relationship behavior to some extent which i do not condone ever, especially for a child. There should always be boundaries set
Grown ass people being obsessed with a kid outside of admiration is just weird especially being hardcore

    madededede June 1, 2025 4:09 pm

right!! for me the only reason someone could exhibit ''extreme'' fan behavior is because of an parasocial relationship with the famous person. why would you be super excited, heart beating fast, clamy hands before meeting them (except nervousness)? it's often admiration to an extreme level, subconsciously longing for unatainable friendship or love, or being totally delusional and think that there could actually be something.
i think there is a big difference between being like "omg it's you! i love what you do!'' and being overwhelmed by intense emotions when meeting a famous person.

it wasn't to that point in this manwha but the fact that this child has a fanclub with people being all excited to see him made me think of those extreme fan behavior. why would you be having a parasocial relationship with a child?

    Seikooc June 8, 2025 12:57 am

i feel like it’s kinda realistic like someone already mentioned in the comments about Justin Bieber. but also he was in an adult “marvel” like super hero movie therefore finding his audience with much older people instead of being like another jojo Siwa. I could 100% see grown folks fan over a kid, unfortunately. another recent case I’ve seen is grown men driving miles to see this baby that dances and her name is “ms shirley” it’s gross but would happen most definitely with weirdos

madededede May 31, 2025 1:04 pm

isn't that the consequence of your own actions??

when MC was thinking about unrequired loved and using the bully as an exemple, he called him his ''friend''.. i was like ?? no? he's an asshole bby. so yeah i'm glad this bullying wasn't glossed over.

madededede May 31, 2025 11:17 am

okay i finally put my finger on what's been bugging me in this manwha, and almost all action manwha with male protagonist in general. it's the mysoginistic bias of the author. okay bear with me!!! i actually love these stories but i do think this bias is negatively impacting them.

we do live in a patriarchal society that reduces opportunity for women and has been opressing them for centuries. the problem is that the authors seem to write their ''fictionnal'' world with the bias that women are not fighters and that this is the norm, such as it is told by our society.
exept that they do put SOME strong women characters in the story.
my point is that you can't have a coherent worldbuilding if you do not acknowledge the systemic opression of women in the world you created, especially if it's one with OP powers or martial arts supposedly available to all.

if a manwha that has only very few strong female characters for countless of men, you may try to explain this by saying ''oh it's because women are opressed in this world so it's ''normal'''' BUT we as readers are never shown any of that.
the only 2 strong female characters have encountered challenges in building their strenght but never any opposition simply for being a woman. then why aren't there more female characters in this manwha? if they can become strong, where are they? is this world composed of 90% men? this ends up being incoherent worldbuilding.
it could only be one flashback. like in a swordwoman's past, someone being like ''a woman can't be our family's martial heir''. and then the reader will understand that this is why there's so few strong women characters in this story, this world is a not favorable to them.

my point is the author should choose between 2 directions for their worldbuilding :
- 1 : show that their world is opressing women = few strong women.
- 2 : never show any kind of mysoginistic societal issue = as many strong women as men.

came here for the smut and amazing art but the plot really got me. it's so intriguing!! like where did Mr.A went? what is the scientist guy's goal?
also, i really like the settings. the whole ''enslaving people'' as soon as they show a possible monetary value and ways of being exploited is a real nice critic of our society.

there's also the theme of self-identity. they didn't choose to mutate and must learn their new body-needs and instincts. of course ''normal'' humans would pity them or tell them to strive to control and repress their animal parts. they don't get why they'd choose self love and acceptance when they could repress themself to adhere to the mold and fit the norm. like the little cow boy mutated as such a young age, he'll never now the difference if its not shoved in his face.
there're really interesting parallels to be made with how society treats disabled or lgbt people for example.

    Pongesponge May 31, 2025 2:58 pm

    no this is so real
I read the first chapter and I was like "umm ok that's a little strange" and now it's a commentary on society's alienation on those considered different and then the monetisation of such differences
    like
hell yeah plot is plotting smut is smutting

madededede May 31, 2025 10:03 am

what is this??? this is so good omg

the plot is burried under a layer of absurd events and interactions which makes it kinda hard to follow but also give this story its originality! it's funny, messy and absurd but you can feel dark themes lurking underneath.

MC is lost in a crazy world but not seeing it as reality so despite pretty horrific stuff happening, the tone of the story stays joyful and silly which makes it so interesting to read. you're laughing at one panel then feel kinda weird cause didn't these people actually die?? but hey, MC already moved on so who cares!

also the art and panneling is AMAZING. it keeps changing to fit different emotions/situations, genius.

madededede May 31, 2025 9:52 am

i can see why it could be frustrating to read but i honestly really enjoyed their relationship. it wasn't a classic misunderstandings and hesitating development but more like they were both aware of their mutual attraction but chose to deal with it very differently according to their own issues.

ML had to become ruthless to survive and is struggling with letting MC in his life as he can't relish control over any aspect of it. and while he starts to accept MC as a possible variable in his life and starts dating him, he still has deep trust issues. he's been betrayed and betrayed others before so he's guarded. but he doesn't push MC away either, staying in this unconfortable situation for months just for love. his character development is really good!

and MC is so real. he's very intuitive and clearly sees ML is repressing his attraction. he's struggling with being rejected but still insisting to see this thru, or preserving himslef and backing off to not get hurt. him being like ''i'll give up on him'' only to change his mind as soon as he sees his crush the next day is so real. he's just a brave weak guy. and honestly if he didn't insist, they would've never end up together as ML would've probably keep his barriers up forever.

i love the whole layer plot!! the sister's situation is really interesting and feels really real with layers refusing to take her case by fear of losing money.
one thing i really didn't like was the whole ''i'll assault you to show you how the victims feels''.. ML is adept of the 'learn by failing/doing' method but this felt like a big lack of professionalism.

madededede May 31, 2025 9:27 am

wow this is so good!! so many cool themes to explore and the art is gold.
i love the moral ambiguity of vigilanties and the whole 'father-daughter relationship' transfer surrounded by lies and grief.
can't wait to see more!!

madededede May 31, 2025 9:23 am

this was really good!! surprisingly very open-minded about many topics, very refreshing. the fights were cool but maybe a little stiff sometimes.. but i really liked the characters!!

it ended so quickly tho?? i wanted to see more of her (his??) relationship with her dad and brother now that the Tori's soul is gone.
also Alice's backstory is never told?? why are they refusing to fight anymore?? it felt like there was smthg going on with the blue haired captain.. most frustrating part for me honestly.

also wanted to see ranni get a nice girlfriend :(

madededede May 31, 2025 9:15 am

i was sure it was going to be some medieval stuff with the title and ML's outfits in the covers with their little shoulder pads.. idk i thought MC would be a transmigrator??

but anw, it's fine for now, i like the setting and the whole ''human-weapons'' problematics. also like that MC looks so plain, i find it pretty cute
don't like the fact that they're brothers tho.. they could've been rival since their childhood without been related. idk it makes it weird that they're both imprinted and pursuing the same guy. kinda sad for their already terrible relationship that will either turn worst as MC reject one of them for the other, or he picks both and then it'll be kinda insestuous..

i'm waiting for more backstory about MC's accident! how did he survive?? did he meet the 2 MLs there and imprinted as a child??
