Ohh so that's way he doesn't want marks on his body. The boss looks pretty intimidating. I wonder what's the deal between them... Not usual I guess. He looks so powerless against his boss.
And the octopus are often depicted in hentai hahaha I know they must have another meaning and they're lovely creatures but... You know...

Well, I might be alone in this but I'm glad he stayed a red/black flag. It won't be believable for Zigril to change after falling in love or being a father. He has a looooong way to go to even act like he won't kill everyone and himself everytime Kay shows the slightly sign of rejection towards him. Kay too, he never says he loves him (why would he...). He's just doomed to his fate and accepts whatever it's given to him because he operates on moral and status, as an ex-noble and a deputy, and he doesn't and won't fight against what he can't win... And he can't talk to Zigril because common sense doesn't work on him at all and he would do whatever he wants.
I do like Zigril tho. He's a villain and is insane. The few times he shows humanity are rare and often Kay related but always because he puts him in danger.
He wants to control Kay so much that his happiness, sadness and every other emotions or thought have and need to be all about/because of him. Zigril wants to completely dominate him. That's his 'love'.
And the non-consensual pregnancy, aka rape, was the epitome of this. But that's how twisted Zigril is...
The baby is cute tho and I'm glad he looks like Kay, in Zigril's eyes, because maybe Zigril will love him enough to let him live... until the next tantrum his father pulls.
Hope for a season 3 or something about this kid.

Minwoo's being manipulated by Chul-Jin but at the same time, he's acting like him to pressure Norman to not 'choose' Sungtaek, and to have what he wants for the first time in this second chance in love. But, it's too late, Norman since the beginning was very clear with his affections. Minwoo's just starved for love.
And don't get me wrong, I like Minwoo's but it's always so sad to see him give in, trust, relay on Chul-Jin even if he hates and resents him... his love for Chul-Jin is so strong.
Chul-Jin's always ten steps ahead of him, thinking and doing things to get his way and probing he can be trusted again and that he loves him even if that means to make others look bad and testing Minwoo's love everytime he can. They would go back and forth but, eventually, they're getting back together...
It's in my personal opinion that the author should give Minwoo another love interest. Someone completely new, honest and who only loves him.
Or let Chul-Jin have a total and proper melt down and let him be raw for real lol the guy needs to drop his cool, two-faced but composed mask if he really wants a healthy relationship with Minwoo.
Being always in control and the dominant part in his relationships, sexual or not, Chul-Jin struggles with letting Minwoo take over and pin him down. Minwoo is a top but both desire each other so much... So, Chul-Jin will let him do whatever he wants (top him) if that means that he's getting closer to being trusted again and be Minwoo's only source of solace, now that he's finally rejected by Norman. I like him but he will always be calculative because that's how he always lived his life.
But their dynamic in the almost 200 chapters doesn't change too much. They fight, well Minwoo fights, Chul-Jin keeps to himself and only acts in spite or to manipulate a situation, but then they have hungry and messy sex... and when you think Minwoo is finally coming to terms with the past and starts acting more loving towards Chul-Jin... Something happens. But Minwoo, again, is blind to all of that and wants to trust him... Toxic as hell. But that's what's so interesting about this story. The different kinds of dynamics and situations the characters get into and all revolves around first loves and how that defined them.
it's SOOO delicious to me how dominant cheoljin is and what a crazy control freak he is (so that he's super bad at submitting and being vulnerable...like he would only do so for minwoo)...it's really interesting how we see so many reversals of their dynamic from middle school (where minwoo thought cheoljin was toying with him but now cheoljin clearly thinks minwoo is toying with him - it's clear both are just hurting each other unintentionally)
minwoo is SOO blind though omg there's a serious limit to how blind you can be...like the way he's still convinced cheoljin sleeps around?? him not knowing that he's the one that hurt cheoljin adn cheoljin not telling him?? and he still doesn't know that he's poor?? like man...minwoo really convincing himself of these things so that he doesn't fall for cheoljin bc he doesn't want to be weak. i think the season is ending so i wonder if things will seriously blow up - it's not like they've resolved anything and had a honest conversation. i wonder if minwoo will get his "revenge" personally i want to see cheoljin cry for once heheheheehehehe (evil) and then make minwoo go after him instead
