Not baby Byul imitating his aunt lol having boyfriends, marrying and divorcing all at daycare lol
It's so funny that Hyesung and Dojin didn't like Siwoo because he followed Byul... 'Friends can't marry each other'. Maybe that's why Byul never tried to make Siwoo his boo before they lost contact cause Byul doesn't know why they grew apart.
I do hope Glasses's Mugo doesn't switch to Jerk Mugo when having sex... I know that Jerk Mugo is the defacto ML but everyone got their alone time, even a THREESOME, with Jaheon except the prude Glasses Mugo.
I've seen some spoilers and it looks like that they haven't banged lol but what's worse is that Jaheon is once again in heat and some dudes kidnapped him... leading to a gruesome scene.
I do get Hyesung's anger and worry but he said in his story that if he met his mom face to face, he will forgive her.
He missed his mom so much. and yes, she was horrible for abandoning him, never looking for him and only meeting the father to ask for divorce. She was stupid and cunning to conveniently believed him when he said that Hyesung didn't wanted to see her ever again. She accepted that and move on. And just when Hyesung and Dojin's relationship went public, she decided to gather some courage and try to met him. Only behind a closed door.
He will forgive her at the end because he knows his mom was a victim too, even when she did everything wrong. Hyesung is not like Chowon who told his family to fuck off and actually severed contact with them and if it wasn't for Kyungsoo's intervention, that it's almost like Dojin's, Chowon's mother (father) wouldn't have met Bin.
Hyesung's reaction now will be different than the first time, when he stayed in bed and wanted to be left alone. He's stronger now. He's a parent of two and he probably has a lot to say to her. Bad and good things.
I just want that part of his life to heal.
And Byul's acting his age. He's 17 lol of course his mind will get distracted and not push the subject of the grandma if he gets suddenly kissed by an old friend who he finds attractive which he was just starting to question his own feelings for him. I hope Siwoo won't doubt him when he says that was his first kiss and takes accountability.
He's the TRUE yearner at such young age because he probably liked Byul since they're little and he already went through all those thoughts about them being alphas and how that won't be permitted or how that will affect Byul's future. More now that it's implied that his family's lost their status, they have financial problems and he works part time jobs and lives alone. He doesn't value himself that much.
I'm excited for what's next!
First time I see in a work of this type (omegaverse) an exploration about the dark side of 'bonding'/'imprinting' and the consequences when it's unrequited, denied or repressed. It's dangerous enough that make a man do insane things... dark feelings lead to dark actions... both of them did such terrible things. ML more than the Mc definitely but it's all because the bonding going wrong.
Of course, there are other aspects, like character's backgrounds and personalities that played a big role but it's so sad that another could have been the story if both of them were more honest and less proud.
It's a solid story about a extreme abused sheltered boy and a free spirit with very deep wounds in his soul. Just 20 and 22 years old respectively...
The ending is rushed, that's true. I do get why some actions of the MC can be seen as dumb or kinda random but we are talking about a young man, just 20 years old, who couldn't even take a break from study for a minute without fearing his father's punishment or disappointing him. One who ate his notes because in his desperation he believed doing that would help him remember what's written in them and study better. One whose mother endured a lot of his husband abuse and then made him feel guilty about her own life choices. She was another victim but at end she also decided to put the blame on her son. One who didn't understand his owns emotions or experimented mundane aspects of lifes. One whose life was dictated by his father and to please his father. MC grew up 'fine' and kind even with all that shit.
It makes sense that he returned to seoul and decided to be completely obedient to his father if that meant he got to save ML's life and future. Those 8 years separated must have been hell for MC but he carried on and didn't break his promise until ML appeared in his life again.
ML... he's not bad or good. He has flaws and he can be sarcastic or snarky but he deeply cares for MC. He wanted to protect him and decided to disappear but that didn't work because of MC's determination and love. Then, he really regretted not going after MC the second time and stayed apart because of feeling guilty and ashamed of himself. He let 8 long years pass by...
It's a long time. If they didn't get to met by chance at the theater, MC would probably gotten married. But well, everything about them was decided by chance, aka were destined to meet again. Maybe if I read it again I would understand why 8 years exactly, but overall, it's a nice story.
But it hurt not seeing the sunbae and the father get the punishment they deserved. That's my only complaint. And well, some scenes that included SA, but it's expected from this author.
The setting is amazing and we can see how slowly the art started to change. I liked the old one, kinda suited the 80's story vibes. But when it changed, the emotions and expressions of the characters were better showed so it was very welcomed.
Toxic jealousy, or in his case being inmature and in denial also, is such an ugly emotion ugh but he can work on it. It was a nasty thing to say to the bottom who is clueless about why the top acted like that. If there're feelings and commitment, there's room for understanding and improvement. Just communicateeeeeeee
And bravo! More stories are in need of a no room for nonsense friend, voice of reason and direct like this one,

Hell yeah! Season 03 is here!
