I wonder if Nene's folly by the sand clock will be her predestined early death, since if the creation of the new present was already integrated into the events of the og timeline, then her death in the og timeline would've already been decided based on her use of the sand clock in the new present timeline, kinda how those time paradoxes in movies work, where the time traveler's actions in the past were already integrated into the future and the outcome doesn't change.
The biggest counter argument is that the future of the clockmaker did change, it wasn't his future self that traveled to the past to stop the accident and ended up causing it/making it worse which led to his past self adopting his niece when her parents died, like a paradox. He did change the future and ended up arriving at a different outcome (losing his niece), so Nene's folly could be even worse than early death. Maybe she gets erased from the present or all her friends still die but in the og timeline, maybe everything is the same except that tsukasa is in hanako's place and hanako is the one who offered himself up instead or he dies as a child, so many possibilities...

UHGGGG I LOVE THIS the characters are so complex and I like how mc isn't a spineless pussy, he's smart and proactive and sharp, he doesn't need ml to save him from trouble, in fact he's the one that helped ml, but ml isn't a helpless damsel either, he contributed a lot. I love this couple.
On another note, I fucking love ml's bff so fucking much lmao him talking to mc like a priest banishing evil had me busting my ass laughing.
Also the weird sexual undertones between mc and the boss left me so confused, but one thing that was mentioned is that the boss only dates ppl his age.... And do you know who's his age???? MC'S OLDER BROTHER. YES I'M ONE OF THE BITCHES WHO THINKS HE NEEDED MORE SCREENTIME I want a side story just for them bc I think the boss deserves his old men yaoi

There's something melancholic about seeing a dead person in flashbacks and getting to know more of who they were, knowing we'll never actually see them in the events of the story, only in memories. I wish there was a bigger focus on the brother's death, it felt so glossed over even though it was a big thing in mc's life

The never fulfilled promise of side stories... I feel like this one really needed them.
Also it still bugs me we never got an explanation for that damn marking. Like it seems the author added it just to look sexy but had no idea why or how it actually got there so they just avoided the subject

Yup, that one. What you said is essentially all we know about it and it bugs me a lot lol. We can speculate a lore reason (it signifies pregnancy for a smyrna but only their respective capri can see the mark) but I suspect there isn't one since there's too many plot holes (why the mark shows up only during sex, why only theo has it, since if it were a common occurrence theo would've probably studied it, why there even is a mark since pregnancies generally don't create marks on your body, etc)

I thought about that too. There's no evidence, but it's the only hypothesis I could come up with. What bugs me really is that there's no clear reason for the mark to even exist and it's also never addressed, Seth points it out and moves on like it's completely normal for pregnant people to get markings during sex lmaoo maybe the author planned to include it in a side story but it ended up never being made idk

The dad thing was weird but overall it was a very sweet story. I'm glad jeol-ho didn't turn into the villainous ass that attempts to break the main couple apart.
Also I did wish we got side stories of their lives after the end and especially a deeper look on the heir guy and jeol-ho, but I like where the story left off at least
The beginning was pretty uncomfortable but by the end I was holding back tears, this deserved to be longer
