Oh it absolutely is abusive. But it's a period piece. We have the privilege of being aware that this stuff is wrong now, but at the time of place, there are very different leverages leading to this indeed being somewhat "romantic." And they won't ever become a couple. At the very most he'll be a mistress, probably one out of many, but a favored one.

Well, the real abusive person is actually someone else. Sure, Seungho is no saint but the one who brainwashed the young man is the teacher. What he did is called coercive persuasion and used brutal techniques to destroy and manipulate the painter. That's why the young painter is physically so weak. The real sick one is Jung In-Hun because in my opinion, he is suffering from a narcissistic personality disorder. So if there is any Stockholm Syndrome, then it was with the low noble and not Seungho. The sex session in front of the mirror actually had a positive effect.

it was rape. it doesn't matter if it has a positive effect or not. it was rape. they are both abusive. and it wasn't brainwashing, it was teaching, without a genuine intent for brainwashing. but then he took advantage of the admiration. both are abusive. both are the real abusive person. it's not a competition. the only time that there was ever any consensual sex between the two MC's is when the ML is heartbroken and not in a proper mental state.

i'm sure she'd reject him if he did make his move right now.
she'd probably blame his emotions on the stalker incident, that he's misunderstanding his adoration for her an author as love,,, and that she could never reciprocate because she's a regular person and it could hurt him (his image) more. :((

To my understanding, she knows "Lancelot" as big brother, and didn't realize her big brother to be the same Lancelot she was seeking a relationship in. Ares is mad, because he knew she was seeking out "Lancelot," and now she suddenly knows him and they're on good terms with one another.
I imagine if she had actually run into Lancelot instead of Ares, she wouldn't have seeked sex with him.

In all honesty I just want them to be friends. This type of pure close friendship is not common at all among boys in media and to see them being so friendly without romance really makes me soft. Romance would seem so outlandish with the dynamic they've already developed,, like really forced. If it does develop into romance, I hope it to be suuuuper slow and natural.

Plenty of people act like these dudes do while in a relationship...your partner is your best friend so of course they are good friends together. For me, I like this kind of plot because I can relate to it. When I get a very close friendship like this where I feel close and open to another woman I start to feel like I want to be with her. You always think you’re happy to be just friends because you are....until you get demoted from your position due to them getting a romantic partner. This kind of friendship changes once one of you starts dating. They wouldn’t be as close or cuddly anymore. So staying friends only works if they have a committed platonic relationship otherwise it will change one way or another if they meet somebody else.

Well clearly these guys aren’t straight men so it doesn’t really help to compare them. These characters so far, assuming they have ever felt attraction to women, would be at the very least bi. Just because you don’t realize you like a person of your own gender identity until adulthood doesn’t make you straight or less gay. Growing up a lot of bi people pass as straight and even believe they are straight because of how complicated it is to unpack all of the conditioning with undergo in a straight centered society. If you’re bi, you can easily pass as straight and believe your attraction to others of your same gender is not out of the norm for a straight person or think your feelings are not romantic or sexual, so it’s very easy to continue to say you’re straight when you’re bi just because we are not taught what it’s like to be bi but we are taught what it is like to be straight and can identify with that half of our identity and assume there is nothing more to it. Bi people can go their whole life without realizing they’re bi or even dating their own gender. In a lot of bl they use the whole “I’m only gay for you” trope but that’s just denial and poor writing. Those characters are just bi but haven’t been attracted to same sex/gender before or to a degree that they felt they needed or wanted to act on it before. I say all that to say....these kind of friendships are very common between people who can be attracted to multiple genders. Hell, my friend didn’t think she could be with women until our friendship like this. She still doesn’t seek out women over men but she acknowledges that she can fall in love with them.

oh totally. i myself am bi. and i hATE the entire "i'm straight but i like you, a guy." it's like, no, you're bi.
but i'm simply saying: i think it would be a nice story if they were just two straight dudes who had this friendship. because often times straight dudes don't have this friendship. that's all.

I really cant with our MC,,,
she's so rude? i don't care about her not knowing how to dress properly (she dresses like a middle aged woman) but being so loud in her apartment??? seriously??? and i mean with the sunbae, he shouldn't have resorted to how he did because that also disturbed the neighbors,, I would have talked with the landlord and reported her in all honesty,

Howdy! I used papago to translate.
It is not homophobic. Other than bi/pan people, anyone would be a little shaken if their s/o changed to the other sex (she still identifies as female, so not gender).
Even I, a bisexual, would be a bit shaken if my s/o changed sexes. A big part of love is physical qualities, and that goes for male vs female bodies too. I genuinely don't think I would have dated my ex-bf if he turned into a girl, even though I have dated a girl before.
They handled this idea pretty well for a Korean manhwa (I am Korean, so I am legally allowed to say this).
It's very enjoyable. I may clean and typeset a bit to help mangago's op since this does not require money to read.
The manga is not finished, but marked as complete.
The Alpha: he is revolted at his tendencies as an Alpha. he hates being called one and hates being overcome by pheremones. He views the Omega just as a cute coworker and the Beta as an asshole.
The Beta: he's a bystander, who seems to enjoy riling up the Alpha and "helping" the Omega. The two have a good? relationship other than the "teasing," working together to trap the Alpha.
The Omega: He was forced into prostitution due to circumstances and was almost forcibly paired with someone. He still hasn't paired with anyone, but he seems to want to pair with the Alpha, who treats him nicely.
Do u know anywhere to find the translation?
