When the Anark (I think that’s its name) showed up behind Kelt my heart dropped!! That thing scared the fuck out of me!
I do love how Kelt though is always privy to the bullshit. He wasn’t just about to put his life on the line for no reason and honestly I agree with him.
So if I simplify it Darren was the abuser in an abusive relationship (pls don’t think romantic) stealing his money and beating his ass yeah abusive as hell. Reminds me of like a drunk father that I read about in other stories who do nothing all day but drink and when they get mad they become abusive.
It’s cute but I really do hope they keep the relationship between him and Nina appropriate and not turn it pedoish.

It’s not bad but it does feel a little choppy sometimes the way the chapters are uploaded. The one thing I didn’t like is the dwarf asking him to help pick out underwear it just felt weird.
