yes you should talk to people who are staring are you so you can clear things up. But the way our main does it seems a bit aggressive. As a person who stares I can tell you this much, that when people act like that I end up in fights. Mainly because they don't get that I stare because I am trying to figure things out, like how to approach or talk to the person or how to express myself.
