His mother needed mental help, literally. She obviously kept throwing daggers at the people she loved and was extremely vindictive and hurtful without even intending to be so. At the end she would be in extreme suffering and paranoic as to why her efforts were in vain to help those around her. Good thing he was moved to live with his grandma.

Tomorrow I'll re-read this chapter caus honestly is too much info for my little brain

Summary (lol):
- The blueprint is incomplete
**Flash back** Candy's Mom is a co-founder of Vulture with the current boss.
- The Vulture is ready to take any necessary action to get the professor to complete the blueprint
- Candy is gonna go where the auction is going to happen to kill the ones involved (if possible), to prevent any possible harm from happening to Ha Jun.
That's it! ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Just for the power and money. They want to auction it so that the general (who was in this episode) becomes more powerful --> they will have support in the future fromm a very powerful politician.
+ the blueprint is for a very powerful missile with advanced technology. So, they will gain a lot of money from selling it to whichever country or organization who buys it.

I'm reading this because it's refreshing that for once the isekai adresses the fucking obvious plot hole many other avoid of language barrier, but this is going à little too hard too long? I understand that at the beginning she would be so shocked and desperate to cling to anything to live, she wouldn't be in the rational mind to attempt proper communication with Virgin, but at this stake in which he has proven he's docile and trustworthy, she should at least try to say things with her hands and drawings...
Wtf is up with the prolongue? I'm so confused with Jack's attitude. He seems like a gentle kid, and Dora is sweet and diligent and they treat each other well. I honestly thought of dropping it just because of the prologue, it's like an omen of how much shit is going to happen.
The Jack of the prologue is all like "Hell hath no fury like A GUY scorned," I think. He's bitter at how she only seems to care about his mother and have eyes only for her, bending over backwards to win her affection, while she never lets *him* (the one bending over backwards for HER) get any piece of her heart.
