So Yona, having the same soul, might also give the illness to her descendants once she dies.

it isn't highlighted, I don't remember the beginning of the manwha but in the novel its confirmed she doesn't look like their dead sister, the only similarity they have is grey/silver hair, I hope that eases you a bit lol

they don't have stairs like at all, and if building has elevator its probably secured by "angry" mask so ppl wouldn't have assess to the ground. That's how I understood it.
