i'm a college student who lives alone and i FEEL YIJIN SO MUCH. cooking by myself is healthier and cheaper (because healthy, ready-made food is very costly here), but the portion of groceries, especially veggies, sold in markets are too big for one person, so i end up throwing most of them once they're old :( i wish these cheaper, healthy ready-made food idea can be implemented everywhere
If you can, it can be cheaper/less time consuming/healthier to batch cook meals (think one pot cooking) that you can build up in the freezer, or eat that week, by storing in the fridge, then just add whatever fresh bits and pieces you have to make it into a full rounded meal.
i've been thinking, i feel that most of the hyunjins here represent a trait/personality that leans more towards the bad side in the spectrum.
white is most likely a narcissistic sociopath, red is manipulative, orange is a scaredy-cat (sorry baby;; he's not necessarily evil, but cowardice isn't a favourable trait to me), purple is an egoistic opportunist, short-hair is short-tempered and arrogant, the first hyunjin who died was untrusting and hurtful, black is apathetic, and !!!SPOILER ALERT!!! pink is a bully (he bullies orange in a later chapter but it's probably his distaste towards orange for being a murderer, not sure if he's inherently "bad" or not).
now, we don't know much about green before he died. yellow and light blue also haven't had distinctive actions in the story. i put them as neutral for now.
blue hyung is interesting. he's had a large part in the story from the beginning because he was told he was the real one, then the fake. in a way, it makes him act like he *is* a fake, aka being real nice to doyoung because he doesn't want to "die." for me, he's the only one who's consistently nice, but i don't know if it's true from his heart or because he wants to win doyoung's favour. i think the author purposely paints him in a good light because she wants us to like him (and hell yea she succeeded).
also, what mr rose said, about people before doyoung in the end choosing the person who fits their fantasy the most? is it what mr rose wants? make blue hyung subtly the most favourable one to deceive doyoung? is blue hyung real or fake? either way, i'd feel so sorry for doyoung if the real one turns out to be one with a terrible personality. how would you feel if the person you love is a bad man who's done questionable things? i wouldn't wish that on doyoung. i really hope the real hyunjin is as nice as we've seen him in early chapters. they both deserve that happiness after the literal hell this hotel has put them through :(
That's half true because the fake ones, if doyoung chooses them, will die and then spread flowers around but the real one won't. I'm not sure but I guess that all of them are the real ones but they got an extra personality and that's how he'll recognize the real one, because the real one didn't get an extra personality, i guess.. i might be wrong haha
But you know Doyoung isn't choosing them, as you may realized he's always trying to let them be alive and safe all together because he is sure of them being all the same hyung just in seperated personalities. I seriously love Doyoung and I'm so sorry for him.. it myst be very tough ;-;

oh god i just realized, daehyung reminds me so much of jotaro! he’s blunt, never sugarcoats his words, looks cold and intimidating outside, but he’s very caring to the people he respects or holds dear. i’m glad that he treats yiyoung better now, and i hope their relationship will bloom beautifully <3
