i think i'm starting to understand hyunjin and junyeong's dynamic a bit better. hyunjin is anxious and probably has a possessive/jealous streak that he doesn't know he had, or denies that he had, because being jealous means caring a lot and before junyeong, he wasn't the type to show the full extent of his emotion. it's unfamiliar territory for him, and that probably scares him. it's scary that he doesn't know what'll happen if he finally admits how much he loves junyeong, and how it'll change their relationship. he's probably worried that he will hurt junyeong

while junyeong yearns for that reassurance that hyunjin does love him. he wants hyunjin to open up to him, show him everything, love him fully like he does hyunjin. and because he has a feeling that all these time hyunjin is holding back, now that hyunjin is "rougher" than usual, junyeong takes it as hyunjin finally opening up to his feelings. and junyeong, who's wanted nothing more than that from hyunjin, is glad for it, even if it isn't the best way of showing love

their dynamic isn't the... healthiest, so to speak, but it isn't irreparable. if they learn to communicate (the raws hinted they will talk about it in the future), maybe they'll find out if this relationship is what they want and need, or if they expect different things from one another

red is a narcissist. i’m guessing he finds the sweet, naive orange interesting since they do share the same face so he’s like “i want this one.” orange is too timid to be all alone so he clings to the one who shows him kindness the first time aka red. not sure if that’s the healthiest start of relationship out there, but their display of closeness will likely lead doyoung to eliminate both some time in the future

cast hyung is complex. he was told he was real, then he’s a fake. honestly idk why he believes mr rose lol he could’ve been lying about a lot of things for all we know. but he believes he’s a fake and up until now, he’s never shown an bad/evil trait, he just wants to be alive (ch 27 raws may hint differently but idk). his mental is shaken from believing he’s a fake, that’s for sure, and he’s quite obvious about it, which draws white to him because white knows he can take advantage of him. but tbh he’s my baby and i’m sad the author is making me so attached

doyoung is very idealistic, isn’t he? he doesn’t want to kill. great value but it can be frustrating for the hyunjins, and can be misunderstood. his “kindness” will be seen as indecisiveness by some of the hyunjins and we all know white hyung is not joking when he says he’ll take matters into his own hands

the most interesting is obviously how their doyoung and hyunjin is going to change if they escape this hell. will they even remember anything? is this real or just a dream? i wanna know already but i’ll always root for doyoung to confess lol fighting doyoungie!!
