I read this and Boy Meets Maria around the same time a few years back and got them confused in my head for a while so it's just kinda hard not to compare the two in my head, and I just feel like this is a lesser version of that one. It's still like a good story on it's own but I just can't shake that comparison.
This story is so consistently hateable. I can't even read it to get pissed off like I used to because every chapter has a shitty twist at the end that makes everything meaningless. Every character sucks and has the brain of a baboon and the author clearly just doesn't care which has just gotten boring at this point.

The goblin is not 14 he's just small. The traits are pretty consistent across the fantasy board for goblins and if you look at his other family members they also have small statures. Not gonna defend the high school one though, just thought I'd clear up the misconception of the goblins

They went through all the trouble of having them separate and age 6 years and they didn't milk their reunion for any drama. This whole part only took like 6 chapters, how am i supposed to feel any emotion other than whiplash reading this part when it's just like 3 major events you're supposed to feel bad about per chapter?
