Dermatology in itself is a pretty profitable profession, it does require years of medical school still though, so if you think you can make it, good luck :3! On the other hand, real estate requires you to know the economy(? Not rlly sure of the word). It requires a thorough understanding to make a profit, and even so there’s still chances t might fail... so if you wanna be a investor, I’d say do it as a part time job, it’s volatile

I really like the one in chapter 3.
I think it's because it's so different than usual. We have the confident, dominant uke (the way he smokes his cigarette while the seme is licking his shoes - God! So hot! ლ(´ڡ`ლ) ) which is not typical in those kind of blackmail/fwb/sexdeal kind of stories.
And what's happening in seme's mind during that scene is totally different too. He's not doing it against he's will. You know. Not the typical "I don't want to, I wanna cry but I still have to do this". It's "What a great opportunity, let's do it and enjoy it".
