I have mixed feelings on the fact that they didn't bond. Like, on one hand it's something you just naturally expect and even kind WANT in A/B/O, but on the other hand it fits within this story line, especially with the author taking a deeper look into the forcefulness of the ritual?
I'm also glad that cute looking newbie wasn't there to be a "love triangle" love interest with the main pair. I admit I did have a little bit of a heart attack when I first saw him BECAUSE THEY'RE FINALLY TOGETHER AND HAPPY LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! But then it turns out he's after the brother. I don't know who I ship the brother with more though, I mean the newbie is adorable and I already want to protect him with my life, but at the same time I want the alpha/alpha dynamic explored a bit, and more importantly I really want the brother to be happy and I'd love to see him end up with his childhood love, but also maybe the cute newbie is going to be his light in the dark and they'll be really cute together????

Like, I'm not expecting everyone to know every flower, but if you're writing a book about a florist, the least you could do is get the (two of the most basic) flowers right.
Also, even though those 'chrysanthemums' couldn't have been anything but gerberas, they had rose foliage on them. Gerberas don't have any foliage on the stem, and the plant foliage looks nothing like a rose's.
I know I'm being picky, but for some reason this is really getting to me????
If you're writing a florist story, know your flowers!!! Chrysanthemums, gerberas, roses, and lilies are all basic "step 1" flowers, they're not even complicated or unique.
Like, it's fine if the normal person doesn't know these flowers (I didn't either until a few years ago), but a basic google search will nut it out!!

I agree. Chrysanthemums are pretty common, And i see them a lot in real life. when i saw this i was just like what??? what are these flowers??? why do they not look like chrysanthemums??? also asters are not long stemmed, so you cant make a bouquet with them???
she does grow flowers by magic so i guess our common sense does not translate to her world?
Okay, so this'll probs get me hate BUT!
The seme is kinda a dick and I was hoping that the new guy would be a nice love interest that'll shake the seme up and make him act like a better person and that the new love interest would treat the MC nicely and let the MC feel some love...
AND THEN they just had to go ahead and make the new guy even worse than the seme and be super creepy, and I hate to say it but now the seme only looks like a decent person because they put someone even worse next to him.
Like instead of making the seme better, the author has just put the worst of the worst, so when MC chooses the seme we'll all celebrate, but in reality the seme probably hasn't even changed for the better and is still a douche.
ALTHOUGH this is all just speculation, but I really am dissapointed that our MC isn't going to feel appreciated and have tender moments
