I think it's just a very dark manhua, not meant to be cute.
The Nessie, the UFO beam and, the aliens being the UMAs, which disected his privates. This is all symbolic and foreshadowing. The UFO beam stands for the extremely bright lights at an infirmary/hospital, or the beam lights doctors use to check you up. The UMA is the school infirmary nurse, and the dissection is the doctor raping him. The Nessie that he was talking about while getting raped is the doctor's (as vulgar as it sounds) penis. He did have a 6th sense, although it translated to others as though he was insane. That's why when his friend realizes just what exactly he's been talking about, he says "I've seen a UMA once in my life."
