I can’t help but feel bad for Jiwook. This was probably the last time he truly felt happy…walking home drunk, smiling to himself. He looked so peaceful.

Yeah, I especially feel bad for him because he genuinely doesn’t remember anything. And honestly, I think deep down he’s insecure about his sexuality. He gets super defensive whenever another guy compliments him, and he leans into that toxic masculine behaviour, like yelling or throwing punches, as if that somehow makes him more of a man. It’s classic closeted energy. So for someone already struggling with shame about who they are, to then be completely dehumanized on top of that…it’s just too much digest.

Della? Robere? Kay de Keith? What is up with these dumbass names? And dry, white bread, personality Keith somehow has everyone flocking to him? What exactly are they attracted to…his 4’8” looking frame? I also can’t stand this art style. Every single character has an ugly face. One time Keith was thinking, “Oh, Della’s so handsome,” and I was just sitting there like, where? Where is the handsome?

The facial expressions in this manhwa are drawn so well, Yeonjo’s look of hatred and Heeryang’s unhinged little smile are perfection. But we’re now four episodes into Season 2, and it’s been nonstop “smut” with barely any plot development. At this point, the degradation isn’t even impactful anymore…especially for Yeonjo, who has engaged in these acts consensually in the past. He’s also used to unwanted attention from unwanted people, so none of this feels new or shocking.
Physically, Heeryang is far too strong for Yeonjo to overpower alone. What they need now is psychological warfare. Heeryang isn’t someone who can be broken through brute force, his true weakness would be betrayal. If Yeonjo manages to turn on him for real this time, it would prove that he truly has no one. And for someone who’s always come out on top, failing to tame the one person he believed was weak and firmly under his control…that’s the one thing that could actually break him.

I want to like it so badly, but there’s just no story so far. It’s been 22 chapters with barely any plot development. The dialogue is great, and the art is absolutely stunning! They clearly put a lot of care into it. I just wish they’d given the same attention to the actual plot.

Plot 1 – Their childhood connection. What happened to it? Nothing so far.
Plot 2 – The Crown Prince probably isn’t human. Cool. I guess we’re navigating his emotions right now, seeing how he deals with having feelings for Doram.
Plot 3 – The teacher, who seems to be a rival deity to the prince. This one just started, like, last chapter?
Yep. The plot is definitely…plotting. Got it. If it works for you, I’m not judging. Personally, I just feel like I’ve seen very little plot and a whole lot of sex so far. I’m not even hating…I just said I’m hoping for more.

As much as I want to say yes you're right, I think we should be patient currently they just got married their marriage isn't up to 5 months to be looking for drama, they're getting to know each other and explore their bodies. It'd shock that something unexpected would happen and shit would get serious.
Wow, that was intense. The action sequences were incredibly well done!
