Ok, so I read this some months ago and now that Im reading again.
I finally understood the plot o/
*spoiler allert*
England and france were going a long time ago. Then france was shot, which made him loose the memories about the period he dated england.
England got destroyed emotionally and france cameto love england again, but didnt confess his feelings.
So france kept hanging around england and england couldnt refuse him because he still loved france.
The ghost was really france's ghost(france before being shot). And england talked to him about the current france.
In the end, the ghost gave the memories from that night he was shot and from the. Time they were together to england, as a way to give him strength and to never forget the past france, because ghost france saw current. France and. Realized that england and current france would finally get together.
Well, that's what I understood.
If someone actually read all this,I'm sorry for the long text and for the repetitions of the names :P
