But it's off putting to me how she has to literally teach him everything
It's not as problematic as the comment below makes it be, but it's just not my cup of tea watching a woman give her everything to support a grown man
I know, I know, he was treated terribly, he's constantly half out of his mind, etc
I just like my male leads competent and slightly mischievous
This is not a terrible story whatsoever, I'm sure it's really interesting to some people
Just not me, I think it'll take a while for her to teach him how to act more "human"

Usually I wouldn't mind a character like him, charismatic, handsome, very smart and with a profound second lead syndrome
In fact, I'd pity him and wish him a good match in the extras
But I just don't like Hamir
I think I got spoiled by how Tarkan is so honest with his feelings and actions, that a manipulative 2nd lead puts me off way more than I expected

I'm not sure I like this
There's this pattern I've noticed
Most romance isekai works start off really well and manage to maintain the quality through most of the plot
But when it comes to actually finishing the story the quality drops immensely
The author introduces a new concept about magic, gods, fate or something meta like a game system
Then they use this new concept to justify the ending
And I'm afraid this is following the same pattern
If it was introduced early on, it might've been cool (like in Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess), but at this point?
Idk man
I'm really hoping the author pulls this off

Feels like 40+ chapters happened already with the amount of ups and downs in these 7 chapters

It's been so long that the author now has to sprinkle things in the story to "update" the world
Like the whole talk of flip phones and smartphones
It's kinda mind boggling when you realize that when this started smartphones were in their first stages

I honestly want her to laugh in his face next chapter
He's the type of delulu that doesn't get logic, dismissal is the only good approach here lol

I dropped this when the crown prince was being tyrannical and forcing the relationship
But now it's improved a lot
I'm glad he's better,it's hilarious that he's learning how to communicate and express himself
BUT
I just wanna see the nerd couple progress lol

Yeah, we get it, all of us can see how this has been going for too long, the plot doesn't make sense, bla bla bla
I get being frustrated bc you haven't seen this in a while, you come back and see what it turned into
But there are people who literally comment the same thing every timw there's an update
You can just... Not read it?
It's not like the story is gonna suddenly become better, you KNOW it's gonna be bad
It's bizarre seeing basically the same comment being echoed in different words over and over again for months
There aren't even any funny comments about the story/characters anymore at this point
Do I love the story?
Of course not, it's a pile of shit where Lippe has become some deus ex machina like character
She solves everything with a smile, a song and by making Rias/her family do it for her
But I miss when people didn't take this so serious and had fun mocking it, while admiting we're all still reading bc we're at least entertained by the absurdity of it all
