From what it appears the girl is framed for her Father murder, why is unclear. Even the rumors are strange because she has brothers and even if she killed her father her older brother would get the majority followed by her second brother.
Afterwards her older brother is presumed dead and her second brother is brutally murdered and it send their mother in to insanity.
What I believe is that our girl was a lovely person but nothing special and that someone decided to use her to destroy the family but honestly I can not say what could have actually caused it because there isn't enough information. Also the man from the cover was never mentioned or seen in the flashbacks so we don't know if he was involved or not.

that's because it is the live-action adaptation of this manga. they do like to turn high school characters to adults when it comes to shoujo/josei titles with slightly more complicated plots.

it was'nt him, it was the second prince, the one the king liked the most and good at controlling money. The MC is the last child i think, and he was'nt close to his father or brothers

They are characters he created. It seems that the game he used to play was complicated enough to create complete background stories for them.
as aardvark said, they're all NPCs created by him - which could be given a 'lore' if the creator wants. He did, and when he jumped into that world, they became real people based on what their lores describes them - while still being subordinates to him.
