Everyone else is gushing over the story and I see why. But I’m over here just thinking, shouldn’t he be bigger by now? He’s like 12 13, I hate it how they show that age to be tiny, lots of the girls start to grow into the height they’ll be in adulthood, and boys get massive growth spurts a lot of the time, I get that his growth might be stunted by the sickness but that doesn’t excuse other mangas and webtoons from doing it, it makes me slightly mad, but like not gonna make a petition or rant anymore. Yeah, I was just trying to say that a lot of mangas do that to characters with perfectly normal health, and it confuses me. Now our little baby has terrible circumstances, and I can see why his growth has been stunted. Now we just ask the question, how did he grow to what he was in the story within the story.
Then the question is, why didn’t he look so young when the mc of the story in the story talked to him. Nobody started taking care of him better, his growth would have still been stunted.
Just for clarification, I’m not mad at the artist or anything. I just don’t like the fact that this is something that I frequently see in manga and nobody mentions it.

Athy was an orphan in her past life. So in that sense, Claude has been her only parent in her whole life. Although she wanted to save herself at first, her love for her father eventually became real. I do want her to scold Claude but she is probably way too heartbroken...
Oh I like the story, it’s really good and everything is going nicely so far, I just want a rotten protagonist in on of these that just breaks because nothing is going their way and they end up revealing everything, I just feel like that would be cool.
This situation in the comments reminds me of the princess bride (movie it’s really good watch it before you read the rest of it because I have spoilers for it in here) so basically the scene I’m referring to is where Wesley and the Sicilian are battling with wits to the death where there is a cup one of them is poisoned and the other isn’t, but they don’t know which is which, it is revealed later that both were poisoned but Wesley got an annuity to the poison. I feel like this relates to the issue because we know that one of the glasses is poisoned, but we aren’t sure about the other option. I say that they would have both ended disastrously and the end result would have been different but maybe just as bad. If chiwoo ended up confronting jihyun about that, there probably would have been a massive fight between them Chiwoo would have probably still been hospitalized and jihyun might have had to go to prison for assault, they probably would have both gotten expelled and would probably still be in the mess that their in now. that is just one scenario though, jihyun might have accidentally killed chiwoo, gone to prison and would have been stuck with that guilt for the rest of his life, or What some of these people are suggesting, they resolve their conflict with just words and everything works out fine and dandy. Well life isn’t like that, what would you do if you found out your best friend loves you, they aren’t gonna stop loving you and you don’t want to ruin your friendship, would you honestly confront them and resolve everything just like in the world you dream for these characters, who I remind you are high school students. Not trying to stir up something, just to remember both glasses are poisoned.
You said it, I can't see using words fixing or preventing the current situation. This is an issue that won't change even if they were honest with each other, especially between high schoolers and with one that is more inclined to being violent to others without remorse and settlement as the end result.
I haven’t read this yet, I have nothing but the summary and a few images. This just basically looks to me like two guys want our babies ass (or heart), first they gotta hook the baby, then they gotta remove the others hook, seems like a fun game.
