It's is implied that no metal element has been summoned before and probably never seen so it's most likely that magicians never made a classification for them so they end up in the "No element" classification
Not really "no element". More like, no attribute.
The translator's note says that she calls his highness hers and says "my your highness". This of course is an awkward English translation which is why they put my highness and the note in the margins. The English equivalent, however, would be "My [insert title here]", or in this case, "My Prince".
That I know that we don't have a male word for mistress in the English language but mansteess is just making me laugh so hard.
Catamite, gigolo, paramour, consort, lover, are just a few examples I remember involving males in a "mistress"-like position. Though that first one is usually an insult when said to grown men.

Yeah so it's not exactly the same connotation. I guess consort would be the closest in respect and meaning but it also means that they are married and she has a higher position of political power in that case. As much as he calls her the cute pet name if wife, they are not married. He also would not be restricted in political power if he married her.

I wish there were less Yuri anthologies like this and more full length stories. They're so good but such a small part of isekai. Every time I've seen one they are short works.
