This manga is absolutely not for people who can’t see the situations more deeply than what it looks like. This was absolutely not a rape, Tamaki made very clear that he wanted, but saying no is the “mechanism” that is comfortable for him (“I don’t want it, he is forcing me”), which is exactly what Shii told him (“Let it be my fault”). It’s psychological. Tamaki's consciousness doesn’t accept his sexual desires, so he keeps thinking that he doesn’t want it, cause he learned that sex is wrong. The “only” way he can learn that he CAN feel all of that, is experiencing it and seeing that is actually okay, and Shii is helping him the best he can (remembering that they're both teenagers, so it is OBVIOUS that shii is immature and has immature methods for that).
