Umm so when Cecile said she doesn't know who gave her the book the silhouette that was shown was of a maid's. Cecile's mother was also a maid. It was mentioned that her mother died after she was born, but not died giving birth (I think) so maybe her mom was working as a maid in her secluded palace and was the one to give her the book. And also estian was a test subject so his powers are not like the pure bloods, it could be that her mom was actully a pure blood <eugendiph> survivor(?) And was hiding as a palace maid but ended up having Cecile.
This is just a theory so take it with a grain of salt (●'◡'●)ﾉ
