It takes two people to work a relationship and I think the mentality that some bl readers have that the main 'uke is bebe' because they are smaller is very bad because thats not how actual relationships work. He’s probably just protective of his best friend. I mean I know from my friends that they always want to know what I’m doing especially when I meat new people because they are worried about me that’s what good friends do they want to know what’s going on in your life

Curious? Yes but not worried. Especially when it seemed like my friend was well acquainted with said person. If I askes who's that and they said "just a friend I met". I'd be like that's cool and leave it at that. They are their own individual and have a right to have relationships they dont want me to intrude upon/are not ready to tell me about.
