ch 59: one of the puppies died and grandma's health hit rock bottom again, so dan wasn't in the best place mentally. he wanted to go to his grandma but then suddenly he went to the sea and tried to off himself. last minute jjk came and saved him (still not sure if this was a dream or not bc dan had many nightmares before this)

If I had to guess, based on his personality, I'd say Kim Dan was initially formal and then started speaking casually, but never informal. But I really don't know.
