No I’m saying because this whole chapter has been Jaekyung being surprised pikachu about Dan giving back the same exact energy he’s given him this whole time. Jaekyung calls Dan’s gift and letter trash and then acts surprised pikachu that Dan calls it trash. Jaekyung flips the fuck out at Dan for something that wasn’t his fault and then acts surprised pikachu when Dan acts like it’s his fault. Jaekyung treats Dan like a sex toy with no real agency or humanity and then acts surprised pikachu when Dan behaves that way. It’s genuinely like watching a child learn for the first time that their actions have consequences. Better late than never, I guess. This will hopefully mark the beginning of him being more considerate
