felt like this should have been longer. we could have seen more tension between them before getting together, and how they deal with it afterwards, etc. it's pretty good but it could be so much better,, such a shame.
also,, hope there's at least one more volume cause there's a lot of plot points that didn't get picked up again and I felt weird about it. like, the single mom, the "radical" brother, the "friends", and the girl who asked for a chance...

I'm not gonna blackmail you, he says. I'll respect your wishes of no penetration, he says. ending is fine but like. damn bitch. why you always lying

I read this a long time ago, but I wrote this right after it (posted it only months later),, and I'm pretty sure that's not right ,, even though my memory isn't the best, I'm pretty sure short after the bottom says he doesn't want penetration, the top violates him with a dildo or something and starts gaslighting him telling him he's doing as he asked since he's not doing it with his body parts.
and if I'm wrong I'm wrong.
also- the fact that later on he was "okay" with it doesn't excuse past actions
to add, I just thought you should know, but if the consent isn't clear or it's even inexistent, it's considered non-consensual and rape.
and that's something too many "love" stories love to romanticize and gloss over.
and. the main problem with this. is that there are people that simply start thinking such actions are okay and don't see anything wrong with it. that's the most worrisome part.

and that's why "fiction is just fiction" indeed is true, but there are too many,,,, not so smart people, that need constant warnings saying not to do as they're seeing.,,,, which is strange since killing people is obviously seen as something bad, as most people (I assume) know, but in media it's extremely common.

it started off quite wonky and shitty but I really like the ending. if I were to seriously give it a thought out review, it wouldn't get a great score, but with a mind of "at least it's entertaining", I'd say it's okay.
their relationship needs to grow quite a bit, and it's a shame we don't get see that,, a second volume could really save this if done correctly

a lot of good potential and quite fun. but quite a few things rubbed me off in the wrong way and I was never able to fully enjoy the story because of it. mostly the amount of non consensual sexual activities, without any type of consequences. like. if it's supposed to be a healthy couple, make it healthy. which is really a shame cause they're so interesting and fun.i like their dynamic for the most part, and the fact that the company is aware of them dating ~
this was so good !(even though it's such a fast paced story) loved getting to discover things along with the characters, instead of just being told right from the start. sad it's over before they get to actually date as their true selves (or better, after the reveal) //would have loved to see him get troubled on of how to act afterwards and stuff like that,,, but good things always end too fast.
