Came back here from watching Dawn of fhe Deep Soul---I haven't read the manga---and the latter half made me confused that I didn't enjoy it to the fullest. I mean it's great, just that when confusion struck me, my watching/reading experience enjoyment diminishes, though I don't really want to. (Maybe the subs suck? I have a habit of wanting to understand something thoroughly and it stresses me out.) I guess I should've just read the manga :/ Bonedrewd is such a great character! I heard that his character arc was not included in the movie. He's seriously Griffith level. And the last scene was totally unexpected! I really love this about Made in Abyss, suvh concept has massive potential. It's probably the best concept from all the stories I've encountered so far. How could a writer be a God!? ヾ(☆▽☆)

The uke's really relatable. In modern society, a human's worth and purpose is to contribute to society. They feed you with this narrow-minded thought, the current education system and especially parents who only cares about their child's grades. You just work all your days away, not wanting to throw what you have away, since it's the only life you know how to live. Sometimes, I think it's better not to be philosophical, I'm from a third-country after all, and others just seem to be happy with how things are---not having any existential crisis.
