It's a bit funny to go back and read the comments that thought Tao was a dude. The moment I saw her I was like oooh an evil lady! Maybe the evil sister! So all the comments calling Tao a fine man threw me off but nah I was right. That's a sexy but despicable lady.

True but also different context -- those tropes are even worse made by the fact these guys WANTed to date the other. In this story's case, all the torment was from a purely revenge perspective which wasn't entirely unjustifiable considering the Seyoung literally tried to scam him and humiliate him from the beginning. Dude just changed his mind later and has been mostly behaving since then. Though, an apology would indeed be nice at this point.

The homophobia was a joke mainly cuz I'm a woman and we'd be the perfect lesbian couple lol. I don't think it's jealousy as much as genuine fear for Kim Dokja since if YJH is the one he loves the most then she has the possibility of losing him. If she was the one he loved the most then he'd never die because she'd never kill him. It could be a bit of jealousy but it's mostly fear
I don't mind the flashbacks at all because while I miss Ian I'm still curious about what exactly led to Brian's death. That being said doe, am I the only one who doesn't think Brian is all that? He gets so damn preachy at times. It was fine at first but it's getting a bit exhausting now. Him standing up to dragons isn't the flex it's supposed to be considering these 'dragons' are less dragons and more people cosplaying as dragons. Lowkey, I just think I hate fantasy stories where they try to make non-human characters play by human morals. Like that's a mfing dragon! Why do you want to tame him and make him a basic bitch? 'Dragons are so ignorant; how can they think they can solve everything by force?' Maybe cuz they're mfing dragons, dawg! Normally they can flatten you with a single paw.
