Enemies to lovers only the lovers bit is just on Shishikura's part while Kotani still thinks they're mortal enemies.

Idk if this would help but am an introvert and let alone loves anime and stuff. But when it comes to my lover I can't really help but sound rude so I always take my chance to like yeah go on a trip, plan what to do on the trip and hold hands out of nowhere cause I know I sounded rude and I can't say am sorry cause I sort of speak honest? That just sounds plain rude when it comes out.

I understand but this fictional relationship isn't really a 1 on 1 for your relationship, yeah? So it might work for you and your partner but it's clearly not working here as they keep arguing. Some people value actions over words, some prefer the other. Kotani is acting dismissive in general and clearly Shishikura is affected by his words so his partner needs to meet him halfway.

How did I miss this gem the first time I read this?!
'Stupid broad. I could make her cry with my dick . . . Despite the fact that she couldn't get me hard'.
Sir, this is a Wendy's.

No sympathy for drug addicts in the comment section
Also, I loved Jake but I'd rather he be gang than FBI. Then him killing that asshole who touched Shin is him just being an incredibly violent asshole than being an incredibly violent asshole with legal jurisdiction and protection One is clearly worse

If you’ve never personally lived/ dealt with a drug addict any outsider is going to view them as a “victim” but they’re the farthest thing from it. Their way of thinking is 1# myself 2#me 3# me 4# etc… they’ll do ANYTHING for their next fix and after using their brain chemical balance changes permanently therefore they become a DIFFERENT person solely focused on getting their next fix by any means necessary and that includes stealing, manipulation, abuse, and etc. drug addicts WILL use you to get what they want… :/

Yall know you can still have sympathy for criminals, right? I'm sorry if you personally suffered and its hard for you to extend sympathy but you've made a very wide generalisation that I doubt you'd be able to back up. You're not wrong about their desperation. You will most likely be wrong in thinking (and this if you do think that) they're only bad people who cannot be rehabilitated and redeemed, and they alone are responsible for their predicament. People can be abusers and victims at the same time. Those two things aren't exclusionary. That's often not the case. It doesn't excuse everything horrible they do, but many times there are many societal, structural failures that got them to where they are.
Also, I just don't see the same energy for Jake who seems easily just as bad if not worse here, but the reason for that is obvious.
I wish they'd tag it as shounen ai or romance or something so people who are not into grooming could avoid it happily
