Ppl saying the mc deserve it when you know u prob do the same too. Mc know he has no chance with the ml and realized that out of 90% chance the ml might not feel the same. To let those feelings go he distanced himself. Of course it's gonna hurt the ml but the mc is literally just protecting himself from getting hurt and there nothing wrong with that.
Right, MC's acted like that because he's actually suuuuper shy. MC behaviour towards ML is not okay but what can we do, he's a bbg at heart and in love with ML, but too scared to confess because MC afraid of getting rejected and their long-standing relationship turned sour.
Plus current Woojin is currently possessed by a ghost according to a plot stated on ridi(so not really a spoiler), so his personality turned 180 degrees because he's literally not the OG Woojin.
This is similar to all that Amnesia manhwa's plot where the sweet and possessive ML turned shitty after an accident, only difference was that it was not from a head trauma, but supernatural phenomenon.

YES I get that that’s the point of the manga and how her determination is what makes it funny. But speaking logically, this kind of situation would break someone and I don't mean literally, but emotionally. Imagine giving all your love, support, and genuine feelings to someone, with him even hinting he might feel the same, only for it to turn out he was just using you.
That would hurt anybody. Even if it’s a comedy manga, I can’t help but think about how it would play out in real life. If this happened to me or anyone else, it’d be devastating. Like I say this pmo bc she will justify his action by saying how "i love him and that im okay with you using me because I understand your situation" but why pour so much effort and time into a man who only sees you as a tool? Even if he does have some romantic interest, the fact remains that he chose to use her and put her at risk, and that choice says everything.

This was so ass. It started out promising and I liked where it was going, but it just got worse and worse. I kept hoping it would get better but it didn’t. Just imagine being in a relationship like that feels suffocating, and even though I’m not the mc, it still like hell. Every word or action could destroy you, and if he doesn’t get what he wants he either gaslights you or hurts himself to make a point. It’s actually terrifying.
