I mean . . . When mc talk to the girls it's almost always him explaining something, his interractions with them are pretty formal. Alec feels more like they're hanging out plus he's super protective of mc.
Honestly the girls feels more friends between themselves than with mc and Alec seems to be the one he talks to the most about his worries and stuff.
I know the story's not gonna go there but yeah as of now I ship it.
