Trust me dude, we get it. Authors definitely deserve more pay and recognition for their work. They shouldn't go through those shitty situations companies put them through and we should do everything we can to support them. But you do realize that most readers, myself included are damn broke and cant afford to spend money on chapters. Thats why we are here in the first place. Im not going to say whether the what the author did was right or wrong. But sites like these gives the authors work more exposure to more readers like myself. I read this one comment that stated that the majority of the translators on this site encourage the readers that have some money to spare, to go support the author on the original platform. That statement is true. From all the comics I've read, the almost all the translators do encourage the readers to go read the original works. So yeah... I don't know what else to add. But I hope you do have a more open and understanding view than for before. :)
