It was genuinely so unnecessary for the plot. He’s shown himself as who hates men with thoughts like that and he himself has been in situations where he was sexually harassed so he knows better than anyone what that feels like and instead of the author using the very clear trait and value they instilled in this character, they decided to scrap all of that and make him the same as everyone else. It was just poor writing on the authors part which is why I still like him.

I've been here since the first chapter even dropped. Who the hell is actually following along and paying attention? I think I could only write a 6-page paper, double-spaced, including the cover page, at this point explaining the plot. And I knew it was downhill years ago because as I got worked up with yuta and leez's budding romance, the author dropped notes at the end of s1 or s2 or something talking about "I don't like stories that focus on main characters" "This story gonna be long as hell" "imma make sure I torture the MC reallllll good". And that also leads me to ask, did we all believe the author? Cuz my head hasn't been in the game right since her man bit her face off and shyly ran away, then pushed her away again for 500 dog years. And imma be real with you, I don't give even 1 iota of diarrhea shits about the side characters anymore.
