Everyone is strangely confused, about what's going on, so I'll leave here what I'm pretty sure is happening, the memories of Uri's experience are true, Aquila's personality was really bad. But something happens and eventually the 2nd prince falls in love with Lamia at some point when she became the duchess. When she dies, he turns back time, but not far enough to undo what he did to Uri or the death of his little brother. When Lamia wakes up after that initial dream/foggy past life memory I think that is around the time the prince returned to.
