finally english subs are out for the movie! it was a ride- true to the manga in almost every sense, with a few minor details missed here and there but the vibe of this series was captured smartly.

appreciate the translation, for those wondering on some terms, theres alot of ways to reference people in chinese historical contexts.
wang ye is basically like lord/prince, ben wang = this prince( third person reference)
small things = prob in chinese xiaodongxi, kind of a way of saying cutie.
not sure, i didn't do the translation. if you've seen chinese dramas there's like a million ways to refer to different people it gets confusing.
