hell they really milking this confession for like 6 chapters i've been waiting for this for like ten years.
wow this was a perfect example of a great start with a shit finish.
the premise and setup was good it couldve been played so much better and without the unrealistic 3 year ldr timeskip.
they should've considered making a series out of this storyline. it would've been great without having to force the ending because they ran out of pages. damn... this was such a great plotline that was badly executed （￣へ￣）
wow this story is immensely beautiful but also a long and arduous emotional ride. For the faint of heart this is not for you haha. sometimes felt like I was watching a 60 episode Chinese drama where at times it was just heartbreaking I felt my heart curl for Ian.

Ian and Raymonds love story is one about overcoming ones own fears and one's own ambitions respectively and about both of them overcoming their emotional shackles. Ian opens up slowly to the outside world and starts to paint what he wants for the first time. Ian falls in love but dares not say anything. As Ian is slowly opening up to the new world, Raymond is feeling at times conflicted about wanting to keep him hidden. A drugging incident leads to their first time but Raymond doesn't remember. He later gets flashes when he's meeting women and the two of them finally fuck clear headed. But the relationship stays at that - a sexual give and take for a very long time although Ian is clear of his feelings and Raymond is clear on Ians. It takes a very very long time until Raymond is able to come true to himself and realise his love for Ian and to be able to both let go as well as accept his love for him. ANYWHO FOR THOSE TO CARE ITS A HAPPY ENDING!!!!

Raymond seems to be immersed with his revenge to the king or that black hair noble man. why?
Since the princess came, I think Ian hurts a lot, because Raymond seem to not care much about him. Raymond kept Ian as a secret lover and he couldn't even say he love him back when he asked. He even planed to married the princess, (** such cruel lover)
I have to admit that I buy some chapters but not all, so I don't know clearly what happen between Raymond and Ian and the princess..
After all, it's a happy ending ... but the dramas between their love lives is really interesting.

If you're referring to the friend of Raymonds then they were staging essentially a coup and Raymond betrayed them and rat them out and essentially got them arrested. This is also in relation to his revenge as his father was wrongfully executed when he was young.
Raymond continues with his plan to marry the princess as its essential to his revenge plan. Whenever asked, Ian would say its fine and Raymond would say he wants to continue the way they currently are and this hurts and eats away at Ian. Raymond doesn't answer properly to Ian even though he knows he loves him since he believes he can't after how far he's come and how he's used Ian. At the very end we find out the princess isn't really that naive after all and she was the one who plotted to kill Ian to get what she wants.

honestly might then drop this then. This just give me savior complex emotionally crippled male lead and naive broken love interest. It's probably a nice read given the drawings but it's sounds way too cliche a character progression. This is literally the plot of most period piece paperback romance novel, they all do this. Definitely not a fan of Ian's growth dependent on a man who's entire characterization is finally not boring himself of sleeping with a virginal boy innocent of the world. It's just a man's fantasy written by a female author for female audiences. it's so bizarre.

so this started off really good for me and then......
it kinda went downhill from what i can read and interpret from the chinese raws. Not sure the exact terms, but she ends of staying with purple hair for a while and he falls in love with her. She also gets some development in her 'power' at this point. Later theres a sort of 'battle' between the two and the young prince gets stabbed and starts to pass away. Then Leesha suddenly releases her power and transforms and becomes (correct me if i'm wrong) a vampire like creature who sucks the life from other beings???
