MC is a kind, sensitive and sympathetic women however she is a crybaby. This may irk annoyance for readers because she’s not like the other girls who are strong, independent and cunning.
She’s not the modern ideal women girls aspire to be but she’s the girl who was ideal to young women in the past which was elegant, domestic, kind or empathetic, virtuous souls; like pure angels.
It’s funny because this can be seen between MC’s sister who is like the modern day women whose strong willed and confident while MC is a damsel.
It’s kind of sad to see people bashing onto the MC for being empathetic and emotional seeing it as weak and pitiful.
It’s a shame to see people reacting so badly towards the MC because she is a character that embraces what is considered to be feminine traits and tries to use these traits as her strength to save the male lead. It is what ultimately sends her and drives her to transmigrate to the novel world.
Assuming that the readers are mostly girls it feels as if the hate for the Mc is symbolic. Symbolizes the hatred and rejection of femininity as in society and male patriarchy it is seen as weak and pitiful.
It’s important for this character to be this way as it shows that it’s okay to embrace and love the feminine side of yourself. MC reveals this by using her feminine qualities as strength showing that femininity is not weakness but an excellent quality and strength.
Thanks for reading my long ass essay

You say something that is the truth. I can't be more agree than this.
I hope everyone understand that not every MC must meet their ideal standards. Even for me.
At the beginning I was annoyed with MC's waterfall tears but now I understand bit by bit why MC becomes like that. Still I hope there'll some interesting progression between these two in the future

Wtf is Minas’ logic?! Im sad that my friend is avoiding me so instead of being a patient, understanding person I’m gonna beat him up, insult and bully him and make him a worthless peace of shit because I miss him?!?!? Bruh, what the actual fuck! The abuse she implemented him shouldn’t be excused because of her so called sad relationship with him. She knows that healers are discriminated against so instead of understanding him she bullies him and isolated him so he wouldn’t leave. That’s some fucked up toxic shit right there! Geez, what’s up with this character?!

I think she was trying to provoke him into standing up for himself. Clearly did not work and only pushed him further into a corner.I think she didn't know how else to try to help him and was too frustrated with him to try to figure out another way. She should have researched other healing mages and shown Nack what was possible instead of hoping he'd figure something out if she pushed him hard enough.

Compared with the other 12 moons kokushibo seems pitiful. The reason why he wanted to become a demon is because he wanted to better than his twin. He abandon his family and he killed people so he can become a better than his brother. It’s frustrating that he lived a better life than his twin and had a family that I guess loved him but abandon them and his responsibility of being a father so he could best his brother. He became a demon for selfish reasons. He was so blinded by his own jealousy that he couldn’t even follow his own path but instead tried to copy his brother to better him. His purpose of being a demon solely relied on besting his brother and not saving humanity. That could be a possible factor into not joining his brother as he could only see his power. kokushibo couldn’t grow because of his
own pride and greed. He only thought about himself
I haven’t read yaoi in years and this couple reminds me of those yaoi couples but hetro straight. Like there is an obvious possessive one seme and the helpless submissive uke. Iunno why everyone is pressed I thought (generalizing that most users read yaoi) we’re use to seeing this kind of dynamic.
To be honest I’m excited cause I’ve never seen a yandere manga with a female and male lead and I’ve only seen it in yaoi mangas. I really like how they depict the toxicity of the yandere like the author knows that he’s bad and not glorifying his actions.
The fem lead seems realistic cause I’d be afraid and paranoid if I’m all of a sudden in a novel I just read and cried about. Bro she wasn’t even prepared. Also side note why do people like killing stalking I couldn’t even past the first chapter I was terrified. Like at least these characters are not as extreme as them. Just my thoughts
Regular and normal romance is not like yaoi. Most yaois are about sex, omegaalpha(uncontrollable sex desires) and some type of unaccepting rule(like a homophobic dad or whatever).
I have no idea how you got yaoi from such a well written romance. Most girls, especially under 18 are like this(but I With a little twist).
Straight romance and yaoi, UTTERLY different. And trust and believe I’ve read many yaois.
Would you like some more yandere male x female recommendations? These are some of my favs.

Ahhh okay i love the story but the possessiveness just reminds me of those alphas in those yaoi mangas. Iunno like I said the dynamic reminds me of that but without the sex just the desire of being loved. But I agree that it is a well written story and thanks for responding I was just a little bit confused.
TYSM!!!! I’ve been looking all over for these types of mangas ty!!!
