the plot twist from the spoilers I read has me pulling my hair, I hope there's tons of regret from the ml because he deserves to repent for the rest of his life to afterlife after what fl did for him only for him to treat her worst then trash

I'm a bit disappointed that the story switched from father daughter centric to romance so quickly, the time skip felt to sudden and I wish we could've gotten more development from the dad considering the story title,

her going to an academy is also kind of random but I guess it's just for her to mingle with the male leads

the novel summary i read made me want to projectile vomit on the authors face, even the ending is just cruel and unusual punishment for the female lead,

spoilers, you know how she's assumed infertile? she's not, but the baby she does have with the male lead ends up stillborn anyways, so she ends up sorta kinda adopting her cheating ex's kid instead ?... just so .. not even worth the read for an ending like that

the novel author needs to have tomatoes thrown at them

I went ahead and read some of the novel and geez,

but fl does eventually get the will to actually want to divorce (on her own) and of course ml is like no you can't despite not having an actual answer as to why she can't because why would he admit to liking her or whatever, then there's some big reveals about fl that make divorce even more possible but he still doesn't allow it, and it gets to a point where she even tries to run away but he doesn't allow her,
it's very messy and confusing on his part, and fl is just as confused about everything becuz the man who treated her like a nuisance suddenly wants her around despite 'hating' her, very tedious to read, I haven't read enough yet but divorce looks like it would have to be forced upon him atp

I'm having crazy second male lead syndrome, even though ml apologized I just can't take him seriously and it feels like fl falling for him is so forced,

I don't get the father at all I think he has some kind of deep hatred/resentment towards fl's mother which landed on fl and her brother after she died,, but they haven't revealed exactly what that is yet,

I also have zero idea what the brother is doing, he feels so incompetent, everyone seems to think he's smarter then he looks but the way he's letting himself get walked all over is so annoying

that age gap reveal felt like a punch to the face

I expected heavy angst from that title and description but instead I got the funniest misunderstanding ever,

I almost feel bad for the ml (almost)

I hope the blue haired guy is the ml, he's on the cover so I'm assuming he is, I love relationships where it's a baker and a foodie and his secret love for sweets is cute

kinda hoping the family thing is resolved through her leaving them, rachel is cute but the father and brother are hopeless

why do authors think having a female lead repeatedly scream no and stop during a sex scene is in anyway pleasing for the readers... do people actually like that stuff???
