I'm a bit disappointed that the story switched from father daughter centric to romance so quickly, the time skip felt to sudden and I wish we could've gotten more development from the dad considering the story title,
her going to an academy is also kind of random but I guess it's just for her to mingle with the male leads
True dat... They're suddenly growing up like magic and everything is more like fast forward to reach the Romance but the title somehow losing it.
You know ' I suddenly become a princess' 'I will be the patriarchs in this life' and 'I become the daughter of the villain(Livonia)' is a low piece but the story running so will like the title didn't lose it
the novel summary i read made me want to projectile vomit on the authors face, even the ending is just cruel and unusual punishment for the female lead,
spoilers, you know how she's assumed infertile? she's not, but the baby she does have with the male lead ends up stillborn anyways, so she ends up sorta kinda adopting her cheating ex's kid instead ?... just so .. not even worth the read for an ending like that

but fl does eventually get the will to actually want to divorce (on her own) and of course ml is like no you can't despite not having an actual answer as to why she can't because why would he admit to liking her or whatever, then there's some big reveals about fl that make divorce even more possible but he still doesn't allow it, and it gets to a point where she even tries to run away but he doesn't allow her,
it's very messy and confusing on his part, and fl is just as confused about everything becuz the man who treated her like a nuisance suddenly wants her around despite 'hating' her, very tedious to read, I haven't read enough yet but divorce looks like it would have to be forced upon him atp

I don't get the father at all I think he has some kind of deep hatred/resentment towards fl's mother which landed on fl and her brother after she died,, but they haven't revealed exactly what that is yet,
I also have zero idea what the brother is doing, he feels so incompetent, everyone seems to think he's smarter then he looks but the way he's letting himself get walked all over is so annoying
I have a huge feeling that both the imperial family and his mistress have something to do with it. I'm even guessing that the mistress was sent by the imperial family but who knows. I might be totally wrong at the end.
Honestly the way they've been throwing around how the villainess is a poison pro, I wouldn't be surprised if he was drugged too. A made up fuck you stuffed into a bottle to mess with perception/intellect or what have you. And from there Barbara just swoops in and tells him what's what.
