why do authors think having a female lead repeatedly scream no and stop during a sex scene is in anyway pleasing for the readers... do people actually like that stuff???
There are people who enjoy the "not consent part but suddenly it feels good so why not".
Japanese culture still supports this point of view. The same as "weak male character with super women around him that make him feel pathetic but they all love him". I do not like that one either xDDDDD
Good thing there are different stories with different approaches.
this is just such a weird story, the family was so easily forgiven by her and I'm assuming theo doesn't know she's really the same girl so his attitude towards a literal 12 year old is so ew..
this isn't like typical reincarnation time travel stuff so fl acting like a child here is just so cringe-y to read as well
I can't figure out what she loves about him so much that she's willing to overlook his neglect like that, even in the flashbacks she doesn't ever tell the readers what she likes about him, besides singing the praises he's known for by others.
I'm hoping there is something there because I need to know why she's so hooked up on the guy despite divorcing him lmao
was iffy to read this cuz it follows that odd trope of white women and dark skin 'exotic' male and the added horror of slavery,
but i was surprised that the story is actually really interesting also it's rare to see a wheelchair user in this setting, im praying it doesn't romanticize the slavery thing

I expected heavy angst from that title and description but instead I got the funniest misunderstanding ever,
I almost feel bad for the ml (almost)
