all the characters are so one dimensional and cliche that it's kinda hard to read without cringing,,

it's so funny everyone around them in the beginning talks about how ml is cold hearted, never smiles or gains interest in others, fl gives him like a single confident smile, slight interest and some sweet potato chips and suddenly he's the most normal man alive towards her.
the emperor is so childish and naive compared to fl whose ironically the one putting on a childish act,, when introduced you'd assume he'd be professional and smart but only fl has tried to keep a strict business relationship while the emperor instead acts like a teen girl crushing on an older man lmao
Naw she's childish as well. And the only reason she's refusing his advances is cause she doesn't like him. Otherwise I am 100% sure she'd succumb to her desires too

it's actually a bit interesting to see such a flawed female lead, I think the title is a bit dishonest, I mean in her second chance she seems to embrace villainly all the same but directs it towards the ex-husband instead of just the lover.

I thought the dad having no remorse or feelings towards his daughter was odd but to write it off as "he just saw her eyes and assumed she didn't want a dad" makes him seem insanely stupid as a character,
with the way things are going I'm assuming he's going to be doing a 180 and act like a 'dad' now but I can't think of a way for the author to write this where it doesn't come off as pathetic of him
