I don't get the hate with toxic BL Mangas like this.

I mean, similar BL manhwa with same plot, circumstances and arguably worse art & writing will get 5 stars from average mangago readers no doubt.

Is it because it's not colored?

It's unique Art has its charm. Love the creator for taking that risk.

The plot is also consistent, but it doesn't mean it's a good story. Its just well executed. You would see similar writing and plot with low-budget Asian or Latin Dramas.
