The ending in The Untamed is not accurate to the move. In the novel, after the events in the Guanyin Temple, they both decided to travel together with little apple, the novel ends up there and then the extra chapters come :)

Wow. Yaoi manga really does prove its superiority to manhwas in many ways. There was so many details in this. The plot was so well laid out. Their love complications were so well fabricated. Especially, the fact that this was fatherxson makes a lot of obstacles for plot-related reasons but i, as the reader, could still understand their love and also felt sadness at its moments.
Even though it did bring me pain, i loved how in chp 8, the son chose to leave the father. It made my heart ache indeed, but i felt glad for the son, as he, was before, being treated the same way by the father. However, am glad of how they cleared these problems.
I was a bit iffy abt the grand amount of rape scenes that were in the beginning but am more glad when the seme hadnt actlly known it was irl.
I normally DONT read ongoing books and if i do, i immediately stop and wait for it to be completed. BUT THISSSSS!!!! I SI BADLY WANNA KEEP ON READING
