At the beginning, the Alpha saved the Omega from gang rape. I guess everyone just conveniently forgot about that. Next, in the hotel room during foreplay, the omega or the alpha - it doesn't specify who - said "stop" one time in a small bubble way off to the side. Since it was during foreplay, that "stop" could mean anything. He wasn't resisting the alpha by any means. Before, during, and after, he was fully participating, kissing the Alpha back, and opening his legs for the Alpha, which is tacit consent. During their lovemaking, the omega apologized to the alpha more times than I could count. When he put his hand over his nape, he again apologized to the Alpha. People who are being raped don't apologize to their rapist.
To be rape, it has to meet the condition that it is a terrible, mentally damaging experience that scars the person for life. There was nothing of the sort in this story..
We find out later in the story that the omega's resistance is because his fated mate is younger than him by ten years, and the omega doesn't want him to get hurt.
Call it rape if you want, but there is no way that omega is going to call it rape or report it to the police. It is a civil matter between the two people involved, and in RL this wouldn't be any of your business. You can't legislate this. Laws are useless unless you have a way to enforce them.
What I'm saying is that maybe, for a change, you should consider the story from more than just your one group's angle.

Yaoi doesn't have to adhere to every freaking puritan's standard of morality. Ever since the recent rape craze started, and so many people began to act like little Hitler every time someone forgot to ask, or applied a little pressure, it seems like you guys are reading with the harshest eye to finding the negative even when the story isn't offensive. It's like you're not so much reading the story as investigating and building a case. I don't like pain and violence anymore than anyone else, but this story wasn't like that.

I hoped that Dojun wasn't drunk, but that he has psychological problems that cause him such strong denial that he will consent to sleep with Jinyoung then forget he did it, only remembering after being cued by Jinyoung, then becoming confused again - like having a split personality. Then the doctor is the only character in the story who has the training to both help and take advantage of Dojun. Sordid love ensues.
Sordid - I mean their story will have a dark, tainted quality or cause a feeling of moral corruption, which will reach even into the lives of our more wholesome couple, doyun and taehan, causing them angst and drama.

In taehan and doyun's story, the doc is the only one with the training to understand and help Doyun. He's still a hero for going above and beyond the call of duty to help doyun.
