Hyacinth ends at ch 25. Unless you're interested in another story about other people, namely the blond doctor who looks exactly like a woman and some guy. I'm not into stories with women when I want to read yaoi. The doctor is to my eyes a woman. his clothes even look like dresses.
I looked through and didn't even see a cameo of zaumie and jiang zi. (sp? LOL) in the chapters from 25 up through 48.
I OCR'd a few pages and wrote the translation below in a google doc, but google didn't do great for the moments when I could see some things getting happily resolved between the lovers. Still I was satisfied enough I guess. At least I know what happened,and know where their story, sadly, ends.

btw, i dont know if you already got answer from other about the surgery sign thingy. in medical field, when we're talking about medical surgery or such, only the parent or spouse (the husband or wife) that can sign the inform consent ( consent for doctors to perform medication to patient). so i think in here, the black hair dude was saying that bei xiaomi? was the only one that could be sign the consent. another ways saying please be my wife? ╮(￣▽￣)╭
