Initially the cheating on Paul's part put me off, but the complex storyline, the believable New England setting and the WASP stereotype compelled me to delve in further. The realism that pervades the storyline makes you empathetic to the MCs - whose characters are layered, sordid and yet wonderful to try and decipher as you go along. I also love the art, how the MCs are not feminine like with big sparkly eyes or macho bara types, but just gorgeous MEN. 10/10 from me.

I swear, sucking blood has never looked so damn sexy before!! The art, the plot, the character design, its all *chef's kiss*! I honestly wish this story was delved into deeper with a few more chapters and a few more smexy NSFW scenes, its too delicously good. Damn, this story is a nectar by itself!! I wanna bite more into it!!!

This is really well done so far - both in the portrayal of office politics and the advertising work to sell to Clients, as well as in the fairly realistic portrayal of relationship misunderstandings and challenges at the start of a relationship when you tend to assume and miscommunicate unintentionally. I really like both the seme and uke as well - both are trying their best with the budding relationship and their deepening feelings.
This stayed on my to-read list for a long time, bcoz the synopsis sounded so trashy and cliche. Love motel? AV industry? Under-aged uke? But it ended being a hidden gem with appealing MCs in a heartfelt tale. Surprisingly despite the "risque" setting, this was almost shounen-ai in nature with one light sex scene. Which meant I could focus entirely on the plot, misunderstanding, outpouring of emotions and the hopeful tenacity that makes real love. 100/10 from me and a million re-reads in future.
