Which websites are you talking about? As far as I'm aware it isn't listed as BL on the 2 main publishing platforms it's on (comic zenon & coamix). Not on mangahot and k-manga either.
Let me clarify, "places you can purchase it" rather than "publishers". Cmoa and DMM both list it as a BL comic on their websites to my knowledge. You would think they would all be cohesive about labels, but it's odd they're not.
