I love it. The official translator is serving poetry.
The Korean version uses Joseon-era Korean. The English version uses 19th century English. That’s why the English feels kind of stuffy, old and high-brow “my lord, you jest~~”. It’s just matching the era to set the mood.
The translator didn’t have to do it this way but it feels more authentic to the original material, I guess. It all sounds like poetry to me so I love it.
