So many thoughts here (also, I cried).
1. I completely understand Pietro’s reasons, but I still think he was way too harsh on her. I wish he was at least a little less cold. I wonder if he will genuinely acknowledge her as a daughter (like call her that himself). It’s heartbreaking to know she doesn’t make it, I’m sure he will also have a lot of regrets when that happens.
2. Damn, it seems like Rafael was a crazy bastard since childhood. But he grew up with Pietro, so doesn’t it mean he knows what he looks like as well? How did he not recognize him?
3. Hanna is too pure for this webtoon, she’s adorable
Was “I want you to meet my dying sister” from get-go really that hard to say? Like when he first asked her to go with him. Well there’s not much of an age gap? It’s just a year in a half to 2 at most. So that’s like. Normal. Noah is 10 (close to turning 11 from what I gathered, 10 years ago his mom saved him and he was born) while MC is 9.
It was just showed that the age gap is 2 (when they showed them sleeping together as kids it said that MC was 10 and he was 12), which is as u said, not much of an age gap. You say that’s normal, but with these kind of stories it’s actually very rare. Often MC’s and ML’s have even 5 years age gaps (or more, it’s not rare at all in these) as children, which just feels like grooming, cause how is 20 y.o having a crush on a 15 y.o or a 17 y.o having feelings for a 12 y.o considered acceptable, let alone something we are supposed to actively ship and support? Personally, I think that under 18 y.o, 2 years apart is the only appropriate age gap (like when you think about it, 15 y.o being into 12 y.o or 18 y.o being into 15 y.o, 17 y.o being into 14 y.o, it’s weird. Personally, I don’t fuck with it), and since as I’ve said, it’s pretty rare to see that in the stories, I pay extra attention to it and appreciate it. So, yes, it is normal and that’s the reason I pointed it out, because it is NOT common.
